As part of our effort to enhance the quality of living in midtown and downtown Kelowna, we have partnered with an experienced team to bring a new, state-of-the-art, self-storage facility to the area, located at 950 Ellis Street.

 

On your way to Knox Mountain and beside Malibu Marine, this new building will be both convenient and accessible, with units ranging from 25 - 200 square feet.

 

Our team is excited to be getting underway with this new commercial project that will bring cost-effective storage solutions to downtown Kelowna.

GLENMORE VALLEY LANDING :

The Rainbow Plaza Development in Whistler B.C. is located on the Sea to Sky Highway and is anchored by 23,000 sq. ft. of commercial space with 65 apartment style residences above.

 

This is a mixed-use development that was strategically located in the municipality to ease the growing vacancy strains and provide commercial utility with a Loblaws grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, restaurant and a Chevron gas station.
